Ms. Li Yang was appointed as an independent non-executive Director on 3 July 2017. In addition, Ms. Li also serves a member of each of the remuneration committee and the nomination committee of the Board and the chairlady of each of the audit committee and the corporate governance committee of the Board. Ms. Li graduated from University College Dublin of the National University of Ireland with a master’s degree in accounting. She is member of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants in Ireland and a Chartered Professional Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants. Ms. Li is currently the manager of one of the big four accounting firms. Ms. Li has over 10 years of professional experience in areas of accounting and auditing.
